Delivery across Ukraine

Delivery across Ukraine by "Nova Poshta" and "Mist Express". With the help of courier services, we deliver throughout the territory of Ukraine. Delivery takes from 3 to 7 days. You can find the branch closest to you on the branch map. The order can be stored for free in the department for 5 calendar days. If you do not receive the order after this period, the product is returned to the seller. After sending the goods, you will receive an SMS message with the number of the waybill. You can track your cargo yourself on the website. You will be notified by SMS from Nova Poshta about the arrival of the goods at the branch.

Terms of delivery of goods across Ukraine:

  • When placing an order, you will need to make an advance payment in the amount of 70% of the cost of the product together with delivery.
  • After the goods arrive at our warehouse, the logistics department will contact you to clarify the time and method of delivery:
  • When paying the balance after the call, delivery is made to the front (entrance).
  • When paying the balance at the courier service branch (cash on delivery)

You receive your product at the nearest courier service branch, inspect it and pay the balance. In this case, you either pick up the goods from the branch yourself, or place an additional order for address delivery from your branch. We draw your attention to the fact that the carrier charges a commission in the amount of 2% of the payment amount for delivery on delivery.

  • At the moment of receiving the goods, the buyer has the right to open the package and check the product for completeness and absence of damage.
  • If there are any defects, the buyer, together with the representative of the delivery service, draws up the act of acceptance of the transfer, which must indicate all defects.

Please check the product upon receipt in the presence of the courier or at the courier service department!

If you accept the product without checking the quality, all responsibility is already on you. Neither we nor you can present anything to the courier service. We insure all shipments, so don't worry about checking. We cannot guarantee that product disputes will be resolved in your favor if the product has not been inspected upon receipt. Please always check the integrity of the packaging, the absence of mechanical damage and the completeness, the presence of all units of the product when receiving the order.

We offer local delivery of our furniture to your door in Kyiv. Our team provides packaging and finds a method of transporting the furniture with care to ensure its integrity. Our team carefully packs your furniture and ensures safe transport to your address. You can count on quality delivery, taking into account all your needs and requirements. By choosing us, you get convenient and professional delivery of furniture within the city:

  • The cost of delivery in Kyiv "to the door" is UAH 899.
  • Delivery in the region "to the entrance" - UAH 899. + UAH 20 for each km from the city of Kyiv
  • Orders over UAH 25,000 are delivered free of charge in Kyiv

Upstairs

The delivery is planned in advance and the route is replaced by the staff, depending on the information about the order from the client. So that there are no conflicts between managers and customers regarding the delivery to the floor and/or the elevators' performance, the lifting services are paid separately to the couriers and at the customer's place.

It is necessary to warn in advance about the need to enter the house, when placing the order, since a car without loaders can be sent to the address.

If your elevator is not working on the day of delivery and you do not want to pay for lifting the furniture manually, please contact your manager and postpone the delivery date to another day. The delivery service is not responsible for the operability of the elevators.

Entry conditions:

  • If there is a freight elevator
  • When lifting with a freight elevator, lifting is considered for each loading into the elevator.

Without a freight elevator (when lifting without a freight elevator, the ascent to the floor is considered for each unit of furniture)

Entry fee:

  • Entry without elevator 50 + 30 UAH/floor*
  • Skidding if there is a freight elevator 50 + 50 hryvnias/one elevator lift** * 30 hryvnias

The cost of manually carrying one element, which can be carried by one or two people, for each floor. ** 50 hryvnias - the cost of loading each element into the elevator and bringing it to the apartment.

An example of calculating the cost of entry without an elevator:

  • For example, you need to bring a table in one walk to the 5th floor in a building where there is no freight elevator = (50+30 UAH/floor) + 4 floors x 30 UAH/floor = 200 UAH
  • Bringing furniture to a private house on the 1st floor is equivalent to manually moving it for each product item.

Entry to the 2nd floor and above is considered manual entry.


Installation at the customer's home "at the address" is**

  • 5% for the cost of products. sofas, tables, chairs and armchairs;
  • 10% for nightstands, chests of drawers, sideboards, cabinets, tables with drawers, beds;

** On-site collection service (at the address), we as a Manufacturer do not charge any money for this service, we manufacture the product and deliver it directly to the customer either by pickup or via delivery services. All services for assembling and bringing furniture to the client are paid exclusively to contractors for these services. Therefore, you can pay in advance for this service (available in Kyiv) or order this service and pay on the spot directly with the contractor. The company organizes this service exclusively as an additional optional service for the client.
