Exchange or return a product: Exchange and return conditions
New goods can be returned within 14 days from the day of purchase in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights".
If the product breaks during operation, it is not possible to return the product (even if 14 days have not passed from the day of purchase), because in this case, Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" applies.
TERMS OF RETURN OF GOODS:
- The product was not in operation (use).
- The product is in working condition (unbroken).
- You have a receipt or invoice for the purchase of the product.
- Preserved product appearance and components.
- There are no mechanical damages or traces of use, there are factory seals, protective films, there is documentation that was in the package with the device.
IMPORTANTLY!
Along with the product, add a copy of the documents (warranty voucher, check or payment order) about the purchase and the reason for the request. It is also important to provide your data: full name, contact phone, e-mail (write on a piece of paper in any form).
The following items cannot be returned:
- Discounted products.
- Collected or damaged goods after purchase.
- Mattresses (unpackaged/damaged or used).
- Goods that were manufactured or brought by individual order.
WARNING!
If the order for furniture is individual, made according to the dimensions and/or in the fabrics specified by the buyer (customer), then such goods are included in the list of goods set out in Appendix No. 3 to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 19.03.1994 No. 172 (List of Goods of Proper qualities that are not subject to exchange (return)).
Settlement with the buyer is based on the value at the time of purchase. The money paid for the product is returned in full, provided that the product is delivered to the seller's warehouse and the integrity of the returned product is checked. If it is impossible to return the money on the day of returning the goods, the money is returned upon the agreement of the parties, but no later than 7 (seven) days.
These conditions do not limit the legal rights of the consumer granted to him by the current legislation of Ukraine.
The company carries out its activities in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular, the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" in the edition of December 15, 1993 No. 3682-XII with subsequent amendments and additions and the Rules for the sale of goods to order and at customers' homes (Approved by order of the Ministry of external economic relations and trade of Ukraine dated 03/29/99 No. 199).
BE CAREFUL!
Please make sure that the size and dimensions of the product meet your requirements before opening the factory packaging; If in doubt about the product, try to check it before removing it from the package; Used products cannot be exchanged or returned, even if they are in perfect condition. The buyer has the right to return or exchange the product within 14 days from the moment of its purchase, in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. Non-compliance of the product with the requirements for shape, size, size, etc. may be grounds for returning or exchanging products.
The product to be exchanged and returned must meet the following requirements: it has not been used, the product appearance and consumer properties are fully preserved, the integrity of the factory packaging is not damaged, the buyer can present a sales receipt confirming the purchase of the product in our store. Down products and bed linen are not subject to exchange and return in accordance with the law of Ukraine, in order not to violate sanitary and hygienic standards (Article 9 of the Law "Consumer Rights When Buying Goods of Appropriate Quality"). When you receive the product, make sure that it meets your requirements before damaging the integrity of the factory packaging, otherwise the product will not be accepted for exchange or return, even if it is in good condition. Goods made to individual order (non-standard shape, size) are not subject to exchange or return without mechanical damage (with the exception of factory defects).
Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights"
Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" provides for the consumer's right to exchange a non-food product of appropriate quality for a similar one, if the purchased product does not fit in shape, size, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used for its intended purpose. Exchange is possible within 14 days, not counting the day of purchase, unless the seller has specified a longer period. The exchange of goods is carried out if it has not been used, as well as if its appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels and the settlement document issued by the seller together with the goods have been preserved. If at the time of exchange the desired product is not on sale, the consumer has the right to terminate the sales contract and return the money.
However, not every product can be exchanged (returned) in this way. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved the list of goods of appropriate quality that are not subject to return (CMU Resolution of March 19, 1994 No. 172).
