Our wooden furniture warranty policy covers a wide range of cases, including repair, replacement of defective parts and professional advice

Our furniture is created with long-term use in mind. We use natural wood as the main material, but it is worth remembering that natural material can exhibit unexpected behavior. Although this happens very rarely, unwanted deformations and cracks can appear. That's why we provide a guarantee on all our products, so that your purchase is pleasant and safe.

The main terms of our guarantee include:

  • The warranty period for all furniture is one year from the moment of purchase.
  • Warranty service, including repair work, replacement of defective parts or complete replacement of the product, depending on the situation.
  • Defects discovered during the warranty period, caused by the fault of the manufacturer, will be eliminated within 30 calendar days from the moment of the buyer's request.
  • Please note that discounted items with existing defects are not covered by the warranty.

Cases covered by the warranty include:

  • Desiccation or deformation of the structure, cracks on the surface of wooden parts caused by the fault of the manufacturer.
  • Peeling of paint caused by the fault of the manufacturer.
  • Unreliability of the design or non-compliance with the declared loads. Problems with the quality of fabrics or seams.

However, there are cases that are not covered by the warranty, such as:

  • Differences in wood color and texture, as each piece is a unique natural material.
  • We cannot guarantee that the tone and texture of the purchased product will match the samples in the store. Differences in texture are not considered a warranty case.
  • Mechanical damage to the surface or structures that occurred as a result of violation of operating conditions (scratches, chips, damage to the coating, paint stains, etc.).
  • Desiccation, surface cracks and deformation as a result of violation of the rules of operation. This can be a consequence of excessive room humidity, long-term exposure to water or aggressive substances, use of furniture outdoors, as well as sharp changes in temperature and humidity.

The company reserves the right to refuse warranty service in the following cases:

  • Detection of violation of humidity conditions and temperature indicators in the room of operation/storage.
  • Placement of heating devices under furniture or in close proximity to furniture.
  • Detection of changes and additions to the design made by third parties without the approval of the manufacturer, which could affect the quality of the product.
  • Detection of packaging damage, which proves mechanical damage to the product during transportation by the buyer's means.

It is also important to consider the following recommendations for the care and use of wooden furniture:

  • Use the furniture only for its primary purpose, avoid using it as a swing or podium.
  • Furniture should be used in rooms with a temperature not lower than 10°C and with a relative humidity of 40-70%.
  • If you plan to use the furniture outside, contact our managers for additional advice on the possibility of such use.
  • The surface of the furniture should be kept dry. In case of moisture, fat, wine, coffee or other active substances, it is necessary to immediately wipe the surface with a moisture-absorbing napkin or rag. Soap solutions can be used for cleaning.
  • Avoid using any abrasive cleaning products such as dishwashing sponges with an abrasive side, abrasive paper, powders, etc. They can remove the protective layer of oil on the surface and leave stains.
  • Avoid contact of the furniture with aggressive substances such as acids and alkalis.
  • Do not place the furniture in direct sunlight, as this can cause the color to fade and the wood to overheat, especially in summer.
  • Avoid placing furniture near batteries or other heat sources, especially do not place batteries under countertops or other wooden surfaces, which can cause the wood to dry out and crack.
  • When using active coloring agents, such as markers, pens, felt-tip pens, paints, the surface of the furniture should be protected. Please note that inks and paints cannot be removed with normal detergents, so the furniture may need restoration.
  • Sudden changes in temperature and humidity can adversely affect wooden furniture parts, causing drying, excessive moisture, cracking and deformation.

When delivered by courier services

  • When the goods are delivered by courier services, it is considered that the goods have been accepted from the moment of signing the consignment note of the courier service. Responsibility for the loss or damage of the goods passes to the buyer at the very moment when he signs the consignment note of the courier service.
  • If the buyer notices damage to the packaging of the goods at the time of receipt from the courier service, he must immediately notify the seller (manufacturer) by signing the waybill.
  • Claims regarding the completeness and quality of goods that were delivered by the courier service are accepted within three days from the moment of receipt.
