PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT

This Public Offer Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is concluded between FOP Mazur I.M., identification number 3183023684, registered at the address Ukraine, 08147, Kyiv region, Kyiv-Svyatoshinskyi district, Sofiivska Borshchagivka village, Heroiv Nebesnoi Ave. Hundred, building 18/7, (hereinafter - the "Seller") and the user (hereinafter - the "Buyer"), who accepts the terms of this Agreement by placing an order on the scandi-wood.com website (hereinafter - the "Site").

1. Scope of the contract:

1.1 The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with the goods displayed on the Site in accordance with the terms and prices specified on the Site.

1.2 The buyer undertakes to purchase goods by placing an order on the Site and paying for them in the specified manner.

2. Prices and payment:

2.1 Prices for goods are indicated on the Site and may be changed by the Seller without prior notice.

2.2 The buyer undertakes to pay the cost of the goods, including the cost of delivery, determined on the Site, by the selected payment method.

2.3 The seller reserves the right to demand prepayment of a part or the full amount of the order before its execution.

3. Delivery:

3.1 The seller delivers goods in accordance with the conditions specified on the Site.

3.2 The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of receipt by the courier or delivery service.

4. Rights and duties:

4.1 The Seller undertakes to provide the Buyer with quality goods that correspond to the description and characteristics specified on the Site.

4.2 The buyer undertakes to correctly indicate his contact details and delivery address, as well as to pay the price of the goods.

4.3 The Seller and the Buyer undertake to comply with the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine related to the conclusion and performance of this Agreement.

5. Responsibility:

5.1 The Seller is not responsible for any damages caused by improper use or installation of the goods by the Buyer.

5.2 The Seller is not responsible for the delivery of the goods if the delay or non-delivery is due to reasons beyond the control of the Seller.

6. Privacy:

6.1 The Seller undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of the Buyer's personal data and to use them only within the scope of this Agreement.

7. Final provisions:

7.1 This Agreement is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer accepts the terms of this Agreement by placing an order on the Site.

7.2 In the event of disputes or disagreements between the parties, the parties will attempt to resolve them through negotiations. In case of impossibility of reaching an agreement, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.

7.3 This Public Offer Agreement may be amended by the Seller by posting a new version on the Site.

This Agreement enters into force from the moment the order is placed on the Site and is valid until the parties fully fulfill their obligations.
